Using a bangle you own and wear that is comfortable, measure in inches from left to right, the INSIDE diameter at its widest point (the center). See last photo in this listing for reference.

If using this sizing method:

Small Bracelet = 2.25 inches in diameter

Medium Bracelet = 2.5 inches in diameter

Large Bracelet = 2.75 inches in diameter
