HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Step 1: with a ribbon/yarn/soft measuring tape, wrap around your wrist past the wrist bone. See the last picture in this listing. Get this measurement in inches. Step 2: Choose your cuff size: order a small, if your wrist is around 5.25 to 6 inches around; order a medium if your wrist is 6.25 to 7 inches around; order a large if your wrist is 7.25 to 8 inches around; order an extra large if your wrist is 8.25 to 9 inches around.
